Hey there, good morning. Wanted to help you today to let go of something that you might be holding on to, that you'd like to let go of. So we're just going to take a few moments and this won't be life altering although letting go of things can ultimately alter your life but it's a process, okay, and I want to just give you permission to begin looking, taking inventory of what you would like to let go of. So go ahead and close your eyes, start to connect with your breath, breathing in for five, four, three, two, one, and releasing Close to a couple of more of these breaths, breathing in on five, four, three, two and one, holding at the top and then just letting it go Cool. Start to check in now with where you're feeling any kind of pain or tension in your body. You see, our body is where we hold our stress. We often tell ourselves in our mind that we feel we've overcome something, but often what we've done is we've stored it in our body. So today's meditation is a permission to let it go. Holding on does not serve anybody and, as you can imagine, holding on can cause exhaustion and overwhelm and really, really zap our energy. So, once again, let's take one more deep breath and as we exhale, I want you just to release anything that is not serving you. It might just be a feeling, it might be a word, it might be a thought, it might just be your breath. So take an in breath and then permission to exhale anything you don't want to hold on to anymore. Mmm, feels good. Right, I'm going to be quiet for a moment and just let you do a few more of those. Okay, I'm going to be quiet for a moment and just let you do a few more of those. And when you're ready again, still with your eyes closed, I want you to repeat after me in a kind of affirmation you can repeat it out loud, you can just let it go in one ear and out the other. You're not required to hold on to it or do anything with it, but I am going to offer it to you.
Speaker 1:I do not need to hold on to anything that doesn't serve me. I breathe in new life and fresh possibilities with each breath I take. My breath is my partner, my ally. It's got my back, even when I'm not thinking about it. It doesn't tell me what to do, it just keeps me going. And when we partner with our breath, when we acknowledge that it's there to help and serve us and that it will never stop until we stop, then we know we've got everything we need.
Speaker 1:So take another deep breath in and, as you exhale, any last bit of anything you'd like to get rid of or let go. And then, as you start to open your eyes, you might want to sit up and reach your arms up and stretch and smile and know that you can be whatever you want to be, and it doesn't need to happen quickly, because it already is. It's like clearing right, it's a clearing. So take some moments each day just to clear out anything that you're holding onto.
Speaker 1:It might be just a glance of somebody on the street that you realized, but you stored in your body. It irritated you, but you packed it away. Or maybe it's something that somebody said to you. Or maybe it's something you thought, or maybe it's a feeling of sadness that you felt ashamed of having. Right, let these things go. And if there are feelings that you are storing away because you think that you don't deserve to have them, have them by all means. Have them, but remember that they are not directives. You are not your feelings, but you are human and you do have feelings and you are allowed to have feelings. All right, so letting them go may look like embracing them. Let's take one more deep breath together. I'm so grateful for you guys and for the fact that this can actually help you. I appreciate your feedback and I'm going to try and come on here as much as possible if this is serving you, so let me know. Let me know. Okay, you got this, you guys. You got this uterazzi.
