Speaker 1:

Hey there, good morning. Today's meditation is to support you in clearing the mental chatter, to really open up what is possible when we move in a space of expansiveness, freedom and ease. We're going to think about what would be different if we had space to breathe and we could leave the busyness of our days behind us and simply move through without any kind of clutter, coming home to mind, body and soul. So let's get started. You can do this, walking or sitting, or maybe you're listening as you're getting ready for your day, or maybe you just woke up. Whatever it is, just go ahead and close your eyes, if you can, and allow yourself this moment to relax, to connect and release, breathing in, tap into that beautiful feeling of your breath, your life force, connect with it and thank it for supporting you when you're asleep, when you're awake, no matter what you do, this beautiful breath of yours. As we breathe in, feel that breath fill your chest, your ribs and your lungs, exhaling, sighing, releasing, breathing in fully again and as you exhale, feel the body soften and gratitude Gratitude simply for breath and an even deeper knowing that with gratitude and with breath, you can also relax and let go. You no longer need to hold it all together. This is your chance Right now. This meditation is your chance and opportunity to return home to mind, body and spirit, to connect with what is truly important, your invitation to release all that is insignificant and has nothing to your life or your day, just being with your breath, beginning to connect with them and acknowledging the thoughts. The thoughts may come, but they're just thoughts. Notice them like the cloud drifting by Assigning no particular meaning. Let go of any overthinking and just release yourself into relaxation as you breathe. See if you can allow the breath just to soften your mind, your body and your spirit. Feel your breath washing over you and through you, swirling and energizing and also calming and soothing, taking a moment to notice where you feel any tension in your body and just direct your breath into that area, allowing the tension to release on your next exhale. Now I'd like you to tighten, tighten up all the muscles in your face, in your fists, in your legs, in your body, in your stomach, as tightly as possible. Hold on to that and, as you exhale a nice, long, slow exhale release that tension, allowing it to drop down into the earth beneath you, remembering that where you were holding tension, where you were trying to control and hang on. You've let go. I want you to remember that you have everything you need and that all that matters is right now. You are safe and with each breath, you can let go of anything you'd like to let go of.

Speaker 1:

Take a moment to think about any areas in your life which currently feel maybe a little complicated or difficult or messy, and I want you to think about what. Would the path of least resistance through this situation look like? What options do you have? How can you simplify the situation? How can you break it down into smaller, more manageable pieces? Just breathe and contemplate and be in reflection for a moment, and I want you to think about things that are ready to fall away and just let them go Simplify.

Speaker 1:

Take a moment now to gaze up to your third eye between your eyebrows, take your focus there and, with your eyes still closed, breathe in and out Through the space of clarity, intuition, inspiration and self-reflection. Place your hands over your heart space and take your gaze to your third eye and breathe, having a few silent breaths here and then asking how can I simplify my life more? How can I simplify my life more and just breathe in the stillness and allow, allow and breathe and trust, allowing whatever you receive in this moment just to land within you, then repeating silently in your mind. Today, I allow myself the path of least resistance. Today, I choose to see things simply. Today, I choose the path of ease. Today, I allow myself to release my worries with my breath, not just in this meditation, but with each breath I take.

Speaker 1:

Today, as you continue to breathe, I want you to draw your awareness around what may have shifted since we began this meditation this morning, and I want you to really embody spaciousness, openness and clarity. Can you all hear me? When you're ready, start to maybe wiggle your toes or your fingers, start to feel your body. When you're ready, maybe stretch your arms over your head, open your eyes. I want you to just stand up wherever you are. If you were moving already, Just stop for a second.

Speaker 1:

If you were lying down and you feel comfortable, go ahead and stand up, and I want you to feel your weight on the ground and to acknowledge how strong you are to be standing. We take for granted that we can do this until we cannot, and if, for whatever reason, you are unable to stand, that's okay. That's perfectly okay as well, but I want you to notice that perhaps you're sitting a little bit taller than you were before. Acknowledge the beautiful energy that is you and the beautiful energy that you've stirred up. Take a few deep breaths and embody again, as you're standing You're sitting tall that feeling of clarity, of simplicity, of ease. Have an amazing day. Thank you so much for being here. Namaste, my friends, be well.
