Speaker 1:

Find a place where you can lie down comfortably and just relax your body into the ground. Pay attention to the notion that the ground is holding you up and that you cannot fall. Simply relax into it. You have all the support you need. Start to notice anywhere where you might be feeling tension and just simply start to breathe into those areas, just relaxing. Steer your direction inward to the sensations you're feeling in your body right now.

Speaker 1:

Continue to breathe mindfully while recognizing each part of your body. You can begin with your brain. Then turn your attention to your eyes, your ears, your nose and your tongue, touching each of them with mindful awareness and smiling as you touch each one. You can send energy, tenderness and gratitude to the various parts of your body. My heart, you might say. I know that you are there for me and I want to be there for you too. Your heart works night and day in order to maintain your well-being, even while you sleep, breathing in I am mindful that my heart is working night and day for me and then breathing out. I smile to my heart as you continue to scan your body.

Speaker 1:

Take what time you need to acknowledge and validate your body and send it love and energy and gratitude. I am here for my breathing. I am here for my body. I am here for my troubles, for my suffering, for my joy and for all that I am. I am here, just as my body is here for me. Continue to take the time you need to breathe and remember that, no matter how stressed out or difficult life gets, that you can always come to this place lying down supported by the ground, in any room, any forest, anywhere you go and reconnect your mind and body, take a few more deep breaths and send yourself some love and gratitude. I acknowledge you for taking these five minutes in a lifetime to take care of yourself. Be well, my friends. Namaste.
