Speaker 1:

close your eyes and take in a nice deep breath, filling your lungs, holding it at the top and then exhaling all the air out. Do it one more time. And as you breathe in, I want you to feel your heart expanding. Deep breath on four, three, two and one, really filling up your lungs and give me a nice big exhale, with a sigh, really emptying out your lungs, feeling your chest drop.

Speaker 1:

I want you to imagine a time, think of a time, maybe, when you were a child and you received something truly amazing. Might have been a gift or something somebody said, a glance, a smile, maybe it was a kind word from a parent or a teacher, whatever it was. I want you to really tune in to that moment and to how that feels to receive something like that. Keep breathing as you connect to this feeling. Does your heart feel warm? Does your being feel full? Feel full, breathe in that feeling and allow the sensation to travel throughout your body. And now I want you to think about a time when you gave someone something that they absolutely adored, something that you had put a lot of thought into. I want you to really begin to see that person in front of you and to really feel their response? How do they look? How do they look? Can you tune into the excitement they are feeling, as well as the joy that you have provided?

Speaker 1:

Giving and receiving is a flow of energy, and not being able to receive blocks this flow. It's an energetic exchange between people, and both are of equal importance in. I want you now to imagine a time, remember a time when you gave yourself something truly amazing. Maybe you splurged and bought yourself a gift. Maybe you looked at the mirror and smiled. Maybe you said something kind to yourself. I want you to tune into that feeling, to remember how that feels when you are kind to yourself. Allow that sensation to travel throughout your body. Giving and receiving is a flow of energy and without being able to receive, this flow is blocked people, but between you and yourself, both of our equal importance. In order for there, as you continue to breathe, I want you to visualize the center of your chest, your heart chakra. I want you to imagine it being open and bright. If it helps to place your hand in this area, go ahead and do that and connect to the center of your chest, your heart chakra, and imagine it open and bright.

Speaker 1:

As I repeat the following affirmations. I want you to imagine that they are being drawn in through your heart chakra and deep into your being. Place your hands now facing upwards, onto your lap or your knees, or facing the ceiling if you're lying down and take a nice deep breath in and receiving beautiful life force energy. As I say these affirmations, I want you to repeat them back in your mind or out loud, whichever you feel most comfortable with. I am open to receive.

Speaker 1:

I deserve abundance in my life. I enjoy the gifts that life has to offer from others and I accept freely love and gratitude from myself. Help from other people is a support within me. My life flows with ease. Exciting things are coming my way when I love myself.

Speaker 1:

Life loves me and provides everything I need. Life loves me and provides everything I need unconditionally. I am worthy of love and affection. Abundance is always available to me. Abundance is my natural state. Joy flows freely to has to offer me. I love and accept all these affirmations into your body, your mind and your soul and your soul. Take a moment to enjoy this feeling, to savor it. Give gratitude and thanks to all the great things you have and give gratitude and thanks that are coming your way. It's time to start saying yes with open arms as I ground you back to this moment. You can stay where you are or, if you feel like, standing up and connecting to where you are in the room with this feeling as you come out of the meditation, that's perfectly all right. If you'd like to drift off to sleep, sleep well, take a deep breath and draw the breath down through your body, down to the base of your spine and onto the seat or the floor, and as you exhale on five, four, three, two, one, open your eyes, namaste.
