Hey there, I want you to find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down with a straight back, holding your body in awareness. Let's just connect with the breath here for a moment. For a moment, I want you to truly acknowledge this beautiful life force, energy that holds us steady and strong. Your breath is your friend, your faithful friend. Whether you go with it or not, it is there for you, it is your ally, and when you join it, it is the one who can guide you to feeling calm, to feeling safe, to feeling safe, to feeling secure and to feeling confident. Really, truly connect, feel the energy travel into your body as it re-energizes, heals and nourishes you, drawing that breath all the way down into your belly. Allow that energy to gather like a golden ball. Drawing that breath all the way down into your belly. Allow that energy to gather like a golden ball of light in your stomach. Breathe in and out and enjoy the warming sensation, feeling it develop and grow, allowing that energy to continue to gather like a golden ball of light. We're going to turn inwards now to connect with ourselves. Do a little check-in to recognize areas of your body that feel fluid, areas of your body that feel fluid, areas that feel strong and in flow and maybe other areas that feel tight, where stress or anxiety are stored. And now I want you to take this beautiful breath of yours, this life force energy, this beautiful breath of yours, this life force, energy, and bring it and allow it to seep and surge and flow into these tight areas, allowing the light and energy of the breath to release anxiety, to let go of self-doubt and, as this light and energy and breath fill these areas, feel a sense of knowing, a self-confidence that was there all along but was just clouded and crowded. Breathe in that golden ball of energy, feel the empowerment as it fills your body. You are a powerful and beautiful being. You are here not to dim your light but to shine brightly, to generously share your sweet soul, but to shine brightly, to generously share your sweet soul, your gifts and talents with the world. You are a unique and magnificent being. You are allowed to be you.

Take a moment to consider where you might be playing small, where might you be dimming your light, hiding your magnificence, maybe stepping into the background to go unnoticed? It's your time. It's your time to step forward. Now. The world needs you, all of you and all of your authentic beauty. It's time to give yourself the permission to share your truth. You came into this world untouched and undisturbed with opinion, a gorgeous baby filled with hope, opportunity and a purpose, connected and part of the universe and universal energy.

Take a deep breath in and, as you breathe it in, inhale the knowing that it is time to step into your power, to connect with joy, connect with your dreams, your aspirations and goals, without apology. You deserve to dream. You deserve to shine your light so brightly that others might be guided. You can be the lighthouse for yourself as well as the lighthouse for others. The light comes from within you. You are a beacon of light. Are you ready to allow yourself to follow this guiding light from within?

Breathing in, I am powerful, I am connected. I am connected, I am strong. Release. Breathe in I am ready, I am ready. And release, connect with that breath. Draw it down to your stomach, to your power center. Create and generate that energy that you want. Accept the support of your breath to allow you to connect with that guiding light. It's time to follow the path unapologetically. The world needs you to be you. You are plenty, you are plenty, you are abundant. Feel your body fill with energy and light so that you are glowing and connected and aligned with who you are. Feeling your body now, on your mat or the surface where you sit or lay Gently, gently beginning to awake, feeling spacious now, more expansive, ready, ready, ready, ready, stretching, wriggling, yawning, connecting with where you are in this moment, feeling more alert, connected and confident. Confidence is a result of tapping into you. Guide yourself gently back here. I'm going to count backwards from five, four, three, two and one. Open your eyes. You are ready to be you, you awesome being. I see you Be the light, namaste.
