Hey there, this is a morning meditation for intention and joy. It's a beautiful morning practice to set you up for a wonderful day. Clear your space, wherever you are, of any distractions. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable, getting comfortable. We're going to slowly begin to bring our awareness to our breath. We're going to slowly begin to bring our awareness to our breath, using our breath as a focus, as a way to not only release energy but as a way to create energy within our body, deeply inhaling and deeply exhaling, releasing the old energy, breathing in and filling yourself up with new, fresh energy and, as you exhale, detoxing and releasing the old, just letting go. Feel the expansiveness when you do this, moving your breath now into a beautiful, balanced rhythm, breathing in for four and out for four, beginning to create the sensation of a balance within the body and the mind as you continue to breathe in this way. I just want you to begin to tap into a sensation of warmth and light. A sensation of warmth and light, maybe even tilting your head up very slightly with your next inhale, as if you can feel the warmth and energy of the sun on your face, that glorious yellow light and energy, breathing in and smiling, feeling your skin tingle and your cells awaken and your heart expand, feeling open and grounded, ready to receive and grow, grow. Think now of something that you are grateful for or something that brings you joy, maybe a smell or a place, something in nature. Connect with that sensation of happiness, feel it within your body, continue to play in the space, drawing and attracting more delightful and happy experiences toward you, toward your day in life. Notice how your body feels when you think of these happy experiences or things that make you smile or bring you joy, and notice also how your mind feels when you invite these thoughts in Breathing, in that glorious energy, drawing the positivity and light closer and closer to you with each inhale. And as you continue to breathe in this way, you may notice that on your exhale there's little to let go of and you're now exhaling and spreading beautiful energy and light that's coming from within you. That's coming from within you.
LIsa Hopkins:Now. Bring your attention to your day ahead. How do you want to feel today? Tap into how you want to feel Maybe calm, maybe energetic, joyous, joyous, confident, clear. It's up to you to decide. And once you've chosen how you want to feel, see yourself feeling that way. Embody. Embody the feeling, embody the experience. It is within your reach and you get to decide how you wish your life to feel.
LIsa Hopkins:When we approach our life with intention, when we embrace the knowledge that we control our thoughts and ergo create our feelings, we live a life with intention and are no longer stuck or helpless. We are simply creating the day that we desire Again, feeling that yellow, warm glow washing over you from your head to your toes, your whole body radiating and vibrating with this energetic frequency, energy and light. Energy and light shining that light out and attracting more positivity and health and happiness to flow through you and to you. When you radiate this way, you allow others to recognize that they too can experience this sensation by sharing and experiences within your day. And when you're ready, repeat after me. And when you're ready, repeat after me.
LIsa Hopkins:I am creating a day full of possibilities, intention and joy. I am creating a day where I feel positive and possible and purposeful. I am creating a beautiful first day of the rest of my life. Take a few final, deep, nourishing, awakening and energizing breaths and feel your body getting stronger, more alert with each breath that you take. Start to move your body a little bit. Feel the energy coming back into the room, go ahead and smile on your face or in your heart or both, and open your eyes with new eyes, seeing things as if for the first time, knowing that you are living a created life full of possibilities. You stand up eyes, wide open, big, stretch over your head, ready to embrace the day you get to have a great day. Namaste, my friends. A great day. Namaste, my friends.
