This meditation is for a quick reset during your day. You can do it at any time. It's quite short, so when you're ready, let's take a deep breath together, with eyes open and, as we exhale, close our eyes and take a moment to focus inward. Just notice the rhythm of your breath and how it might be changing at this moment, the gentle rise and fall of your chest or belly. Just breathe. Notice any thoughts that might be coming in. Notice them, but don't assign any meaning. They are simply thoughts, something that you created, and they are perfectly normal for you. Keep breathing and create space for them to simply pass through. Just breathe.
Speaker 1:No matter what has happened before, this moment no longer exists. Breathe. What may or may not happen in the future also does not exist. Just breathe. This is your permission to Any residual thoughts about the past or expectations of the future. Now that you're here in this moment, you've created a space to connect, to choose an intention for whatever comes next. Take a moment to really embody and listen to your intuition about what you might want that intention to be. The possibilities are endless. Drawing awareness again around the rhythm of your breath and how it might be changing in this moment. Take a moment to breathe in gratitude and to exhale anything you've been holding on to and now, with eyes still closed, take one more deep breath in holding at the top and releasing, exhaling as loudly as you like if you can, and bringing yourself back into your bodies and into the room. You've got this good for you. Well done, namaste.
