Hey there, welcome to this meditation where we walk the red carpet of self-discovery, release self-doubt and connect with the incredible wellspring of support and creativity within you. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it for a moment and then slowly exhale through your mouth. Let's begin. Imagine yourself standing at the back of a grand theater. The space feels alive, but it is still and waiting for you. A soft spotlight illuminates the red carpet in the center aisle, inviting you forward. This is your path, a path not to perform for others, but to step into your own creative power. Feel the gentle slope of the aisle beneath your feet as you begin to walk forward toward the stage. With each step, a sense of curiosity and anticipation grows within you. As you walk, you notice the seats on either side of the aisle are filled with people, but they aren't ordinary spectators. These figures represent the voices in your mind, the doubts, the fears, the limiting beliefs, the expectations. Some shout what if you fail? Others whisper you're not ready, you don't belong here. You stop for a moment, their voices rising into a chorus, pulling for your attention. But you pause, you close your eyes, you take a deep breath in feeling the slope of the aisle beneath you and you exhale slowly. Instead of running, which was your first instinct, you take off your shoes instead, allowing your feet to feel the softness of the red carpet. It feels warm, grow louder. You pause again. This time you take off your socks, allowing your bare feet to connect directly with the carpet. You notice a warmth growing, the support deepening with each step, the voices losing their power. As you continue walking toward the stage, you trail your fingertips over the red velvet seats, your fingertips over the red velvet seats. The fabric feels soft and luxurious beneath your touch. With each seat that you touch, the figures begin to fade. One by one. The noise diminishes until the theater is empty and silent, except for the steady sound of your breath. The space is now expansive, peaceful and entirely yours. You realize you are no longer walking for anyone's approval, you are walking for yourself.
Lisa:As you approach the stage, the silence transforms into something extraordinary. A wave of thunderous applause erupts from behind you. It fills the theater, echoing off the walls a sound so powerful and affirming that it feels as though the theater is full again, full of people cheering for you. You pause, taking in the sound, eyes closed. The applause surrounds you like a warm embrace, filling you with energy and joy.
Lisa:You step up onto the stage basking in the feeling of incredible support. Opening your eyes, you turn to the right to face the audience. But as you look out, you notice something astonishing the seats are still empty. There is nobody there. You smile, you take in a deep breath as the realization washes over you this applause, this affirmation, is not coming from others. It's coming from within you. You created it. Feel the pride and strength in knowing that the support you've been seeking was always within you. Repeat silently to yourself I am my own greatest supporter. My strength and creativity come from within. I am enough. It's all I ever needed.
Lisa:The applause begins to quiet, leaving you in a golden stillness on the stage. This is your space, a sacred creative sanctuary where you can dream, imagine and express yourself without fear or judgment. Imagine and express yourself without fear or judgment. Feel the grounded connection of your bare feet on the stage floor, connecting to the moment, to your space around you and to the space you've just created within. Remember, this is the place where your ideas take shape, your possibilities come alive and your inner power shines.
Lisa:Take a deep breath. Say to yourself. This stage is mine. I am free. I am powerful. I create my reality. I am free. When you're ready, let the vision of the theater fade. Draw your awareness back to your breath. Feel the ground beneath you, where you're sitting or lying, wiggle your fingers and toes, gently, bringing yourself back to the present moment. Take one final deep breath, in exhaling slowly. When you're ready, go ahead and open your eyes the next time you feel doubt creeping in. Remember this red carpet pop. Feel the warmth of the carpet beneath your feet, hear the applause from within you and step onto your creative stage. The power and support you seek are always within you, ready to shine, namaste. You ready to shine, namaste.
