Hey there, today I'm going to do a chakra meditation for balance, focus and flow, with a little sense activation in there as well. So, when you're ready, find a comfortable seat or lie down in a quiet space, close your eyes or soften your gaze, take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your belly to rise, and exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension. Releasing any tension, allow your body to settle and your mind to soften as we journey together inward to align your energy centers. Activate your senses and invite balance, focus and flowbone, grounding you to the earth. As you inhale, visualize this red light becoming brighter, connecting you to stability and safety. As you exhale, release any feelings of fear, any feelings of insecurity or instability. Release those into the earth, repeating silently to yourself I am grounded, I am safe, I am supported. Take a moment just to notice the textures around you, the seat beneath you, the floor or the air on your skin. Anchor yourself in this physical presence, noticing the textures all around you. Now shift your focus just below your navel to the sacral chakra. Imagine a warm orange light glowing in this space, radiating creativity and ease creativity and ease. As you inhale. Feel this orange light, expand resistance or blocks to your natural, beautiful rhythm. Repeat silently to yourself I am open, I am open, I am creative, I flow with ease.
Speaker 1:Take a moment now to tune into your sense of taste and smell. What subtle sense or flavors can you notice right now? Allow these sensations to ground you in the present moment. Draw your awareness now to your upper abdomen, just below your ribcage. This is your solar plexus chakra. See a bright yellow light, shining like the Sun, radiating warmth and confidence as you inhale. Feel this light growing stronger, igniting your inner power and focus as you exhale. Release any self-doubt or hesitation. Repeat silently to yourself I am confident, I am focused, I take aligned action. Allow yourself now, even with your eyes closed, to notice your sense of sight. Visualize the yellow light glowing brightly, a beacon of clarity and determination. Breathe that in for a moment, gently shifting your focus now to the center of your chest, to the heart chakra. Visualize a vibrant green light, warmly glowing, radiating love and compassion. Allow the green to surround and embody you and, as you inhale, feel this green light expand, balancing your giving and receiving energy as you exhale. Let go of any heaviness or emotional blockages, just let it go, repeating silently to yourself I am love, I am balanced. I am balanced. I am open to connection. Take a moment now to tune into your sense of touch. Feel the steady beat of your heart, the warmth of your hands or the softness of the air around you.
Speaker 1:Bring your attention to your throat, the throat chakra. Visualize a soothing blue light, like a calm sky, glowing in your neck and throat as you inhale. Feel this blue light. Open up your communication channels and self-expression. As you exhale, release any unspoken words or suppressed emotions. Repeat silently to yourself I speak my truth, I express myself with ease, I flow freely. Draw your awareness around the sounds around you. What do you hear into the layers of sound near and far, and simply let them flow through you.
Speaker 1:Now focus on the space between your eyebrows, the third eye chakra. See an indigo light glowing brightly, representing intuition and clarity. Intuition and clarity. As you inhale, feel this indigo light. Sharpen your inner vision and insight. As you exhale, release any confusion or mental clutter. Repeat silently to yourself my mind is clear, my intuition is strong, I trust my vision. Notice your sense of inner sight and visualize this indigo light as a steady flame guiding your focus and awareness.
Speaker 1:Finally, bring your attention to the top of your head, to the crown chakra, top of your head, to the crown chakra. Visualize a radiant violet or white light glowing here, connecting you to universal energy and wisdom. As you inhale, feel this light expanding upward, opening you to infinite possibilities and flow. As you exhale, let go of anything that no longer serves you, creating space for balance and alignment. Repeat silently to yourself now I am connected, I am in flow. I am in flow, I am aligned with my highest self.
Speaker 1:Take a moment to embody this feeling and to notice and incorporate how all your senses are alive right now Feeling, hearing, seeing, tasting and smelling. You are balanced, you are focused and fully in flow with the world around you and with yourself. Feel your body energized, your energy center is aligned and your senses awakened. Take a deep breath in now, filling yourself with a sense of balance, focus and flow. Exhale fully, grounding this energy into your day, into this moment, into your life, and, when you're ready, gently start to move, wiggling your fingers and toes and bringing yourself back into the room. Open your eyes slowly, give yourself a stretch and carry this harmony that you created with you into the rest of your day. Namaste, my friends.
