Speaker 1:

Hey there. Today's meditation is designed to do in the morning, to really get you centered for your day and embrace the power of now. So, when you're ready, find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes, sit comfortably with your feet on the floor or crossed beneath you, your hands gently resting in your lap, close your eyes and take a deep breath in, and then slowly let it out. Let's begin. Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your lungs expanding fully. Hold it for a moment at the top and exhale slowly, letting your shoulders drop and your body soften. Breathe in deeply again, this time, imagining fresh, vibrant energy filling your body. And as you breathe out, let go of anything that feels heavy or stagnant. With each inhale, feel yourself becoming more awake, more present. With each exhale, feel a little more grounded, steady and at ease. Enjoy the moment as you simply notice the rhythm of your breath flowing in and flowing out as your breathing settles. Bring your awareness to this moment. Feel the air around you, the weight of your body on the surface that supports you. Allow yourself to settle into this simple truth that, right here, right now, there's nothing else to do but be. And as you sit here in this present moment, repeat this phrase silently in your mind. I have never done this before. I've never done this before. Every breath is new, every moment untouched, unspoiled. Every breath, every sunrise, every step you take. Today is a chance to begin again. Say to yourself I've never been here before, I've never done this before. Today is mine to create. I approach it with fresh eyes and an open heart. Feel the power in that truth. There's no need to carry the past into this moment and there's no need to predict the future. All that matters is now. Take a deep breath in and, as you exhale, notice how much more grounded you're becoming.

Speaker 1:

Imagine yourself standing at the start of a path. The sun is rising ahead of you, bathing everything in warm, golden light. This path is your day. With every step forward, you're creating something new, a moment you've never lived before. Through the day with curiosity, confidence and calm. Picture yourself noticing the little things, smiling at a stranger, savoring your morning coffee as if you've never had it before, pausing to take a deep breath if the world feels busy around you. You are not rushing, you're not worrying. You're simply present. You're all in to this moment, awake to the possibilities unfolding before you as we prepare to close this meditation. Bring your hands to your heart, one palm resting on top of the other, and feel the steady beat of your heart beneath your palms, always carrying you forward one moment at a time. You are expansive and grounded. The power is in now. Stay open to that.

Speaker 1:

My friends, repeating these affirmations silently or out loud, I am here, I am ready. I greet today and each moment with curiosity and courage. I am creating my life moment by moment. Take one more deep breath in and, as you exhale, feel a sense of calm and readiness wash over you. Enjoy this feeling, savor it and, whenever you choose, gently wiggle your fingers and toes, invite a small smile to touch your lips, bringing a sense of gratitude into this moment. Open your eyes, carrying this fresh energy into your day, and remember you've never done this before. The possibilities are endless. Go, create something beautiful, my friends. Your day begins now, Namaste.
