Hey there, this is a morning meditation to cultivate ease and confidence in your day. It's always great to start the week or the day, or even the next moment in your day with a fresh perspective and an open mind. So, when you're ready, find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down and gently close your eyes, take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it at the top, and slowly let it out through your mouth. Let's begin as you settle into stillness. Draw your awareness to your breath, notice its natural rhythm. There's nothing you need to do to change or control it, just follow the gentle rise and fall like waves on the shore. Let's start by inviting ease into your body. With your next inhale, say to yourself I welcome ease. And as you exhale silently, repeat I let go of tension. Feel your shoulders soften. As you continue to breathe this way, breathing in welcoming ease, exhaling and letting go of tension, Feel your shoulders and your jaw releasing and any tightness in your body beginning to dissolve. Allow a sense of calm to settle over you like a warm, protective blanket protective blanket. Now. Bring your attention to your mind. Use your beautiful mind to imagine a clear, blue sky. Thoughts and emotions may pass through like clouds, but they don't linger. You are the sky, vast, steady, unshaken by whatever drifts. By saying now to yourself I am grounded, I am calm, I trust myself to handle what comes and what comes. Feel the power of these words settling into your being like roots growing deep into the earth With each breath, your confidence growing steady and unwavering. It's an inner knowing, a connection with self.
Speaker 1:Visualize yourself moving through your day with ease. Picture every interaction, every task flowing smoothly. You respond thoughtfully, no reactivity. You move with grace, speak with clarity. Speak with clarity and carry yourself with quiet confidence. If a challenge arises, you remind yourself I have everything I need within me. I can pause, breathe and I get to choose how I respond. Take a deep breath in holding it at the top and let it out slowly, with a sigh, if it feels right.
Speaker 1:Allow a smile to come to your face and feel it emanate through your body. Anchor yourself in the sense of calm, strength, knowing it's always there and always available to you, just like your breath. Sometimes you don't notice it, but I promise you, my friend, if you stop and live in the moment, the access is all yours. The access is all yours. When you're ready, gently open your eyes and bring this feeling of ease and confidence into your day. Keep your access to this feeling wide open. Whatever comes, you can meet it with grace. You can meet it with trust, the trust in yourself. Move with grace, speak with clarity and carry yourself with quiet confidence. And carry yourself with quiet confidence. Namaste, my friends,
