Speaker 1:

This meditation is for healing Whatever it is that needs healing inside you, in your thoughts, in your body, wherever it might be. I hope that this meditation will help you. This is a time of grace. This is a time to truly take care of yourselves. We need you to be healthy and to heal so that you can be the best you and the best expression of you in this world. This is for all of us.

Speaker 1:

Find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, a place where you will be undisturbed, where you can take a moment just for you. You deserve to take a moment just for you. You deserve to take a moment just for you. Uncross your legs or arms, place your feet flat on the floor, if you're seated, and allow your palms just to rest upwards, either by your sides or gently resting in your lap, if you feel comfortable and safe, closing your eyes. Then go ahead and begin to connect gently with your breath, just noticing. Just noticing the breath, not changing anything. Notice whether it's light or deep, whether it's short or rushed or calm, notice how it may be changing in this moment. Just reconnecting with that breath. It's so important just to slow down. It's so important just to slow down, and I celebrate you for being here to do just that Again, really connecting with that breath, focusing there. We're going to breathe in deeply and then we're going to sigh as you exhale Again, breathing in and deeply, sighing as you exhale. Just do this a few more times, noticing that as you exhale, you can feel the release within your body. Mm, you can feel the release within your body. You deserve this. Be here, be here with your breath.

Speaker 1:

And as we go through this meditation, I want you to acknowledge any areas of tension or pain, internal or external, even bringing environmental, whatever it is, just knowing that this is a safe space for us to heal, to process and to release. And as you breathe now, I want you to visualize above your head a beautiful white or golden light and with each inhale, that light gets closer and closer to the top of your head until it touches the crown. And as you inhale, that light begins to travel in through the top of your head and, with every breath, deepens and begins to wash through your body. As you breathe again, you feel that light coming down and through the top of your head and as you exhale, see it travel further and further through your body, deep into yourself, your bones, your muscles, your thoughts, your mind. Keep breathing as that light begins to envelop you, swirling and traveling through your body all the way to your feet and back down into the earth below. Allow the light to continue to wash through you as you breathe and you continue with the rest of our meditation.

Speaker 1:

Notice and acknowledge any sensations in your body that you may feel. Maybe there's tingling or warmth, maybe even the vibration of the beating of your heart as the energy travels through you from above, cleansing and clearing. I want you to bring your awareness, bringing your awareness now to the center of your chest. This is where your heart chakra is. It's just right in between the center of your chest, and I want you to imagine a pink or green. Pink or green light, like the size of a fairy light in the center of your chest. And as you breathe now, I want you to visualize your breathing in this pink or green, breathing it in whatever sits most comfortably with you. You're drawing that light in through the center of your chest. Pink is the color of unconditional love and green is the color of unconditional love and green is the color of healing. Maybe they're swirling together, beautifully, blending Unconditional love and healing.

Speaker 1:

As you continue to breathe, let's bring to mind any condition or any area in your life that you feel requires healing or support in this moment. Again, it might be physical, maybe it's emotional or spiritual, maybe it's a specific part of your body, maybe it's a relationship with self or a relationship with someone else, or even a relationship with a thought, an expectation. Just want you to draw your awareness around where you need support and draw that breath in, draw that pink or green light to that area, breathing that area, breathing that beautiful healing light into it, into the area that needs it most, and see the light diffuse and fill that area as you exhale, feeling any tension or pain, just leave on the out-breath, watch it go, take a moment or two more, just to spend some time breathing into that area, pink or green, exhaling, releasing, acknowledging any negative feelings or emotions or sensations, just allowing that light to heal you. It can travel to another area, or more than one, wherever you need it. It's your light, just breathing and exhaling, diffusing and releasing. I want you now to gently begin to imagine that little fairy light on your chest, shrinking in size, maybe gently placing your palms over your heart center, holding that beautiful, loving, healing energy within, taking a moment now to breathe, Feel your chest rise and fall, bringing your awareness back to the top of the head and allowing that shower of white or golden light to cleanse the body like a shower, a shower of light. It's not traveling just through the body now, but around the body, from above you right into the earth beneath you, cleansing and clearing and releasing anything that needs to be healed back to the earth. As you do this, begin to allow a gentle smile and then feeling that light, cleansing, clear, leaving you feeling vital, alive. You're feeling clearer, calmer, more open and then and more free.

Speaker 1:

Now place your palms facing downwards, on your knees or by your sides and, as we slowly come to the end of this meditation, I want you now to use the end of this meditation.

Speaker 1:

I want you now to use the breath a little differently.

Speaker 1:

This time we're going to draw the breath up from the soles of our feet, drawing it up from the earth beneath us to the top of the head and up through the spine and back down through the spine, inhaling up and go through your nasal passages, through your eyes, through your ears, through any openings through you and around you, like an aura of beautiful, magical light.

Speaker 1:

Notice how you're feeling, feeling, gently moving your toes, connecting with gratitude for your beautiful toes, bringing back some gentle movement into your body, enjoying some nice deep breaths, allowing yourself to feel more awake, maybe rolling your shoulders and smiling or shrugging them. Sometimes it's nice to tighten everything up, tight as you can for three, two, one and then just letting it go. How wonderful that we are energetic beings and that by focusing on our breath we can create the healing and the space for healing that we need. Maybe rub your hands together now and gently place them over your eyes and move them across your beautiful face down to the heart, maybe putting them into prayer position, the thumbs gently touching the breastbone, breathing in deeply here. Savor this moment in gratitude, gently bowing in respect to yourself for your practice today. I am massively grateful for you. My friends, my fellow humans, you've got this, sending love and light, namaste.
