Speaker 1:

So often we get stuck in doing things the same way because, well, it worked for us. In this excerpt from a session with a client, there's an aha moment when she realizes that what got her here is not what is going to get her where she wants to go. The level one energy I'm referring to is the victim energy that showed on her energetic assessment. She came to me wondering why there was so much level one, and well, this is what we discovered. So I think you're going to really enjoy this one. If you're curious about how you're showing up energetically, reach out. Maybe the assessment is something that you'd like to try as well.

Speaker 1:

The level one energy is connected to your very, very strong superpower of knowing what you are capable of Right, what you are capable of right, and it reflects also you know some of the the awareness of some of the things, or maybe it's the perception of the things that that keep you from it, that make you feel victimized, let's say in that way and when I say victim, I don't mean like, oh, people are doing things to me, nobody does stuff to you. I know that obviously, you, you take responsibility. Whatever you want. Someone does something to you, you say fuck you and you walk. I. I get that with you, but but the but, you know I'll do it a different way. I'll do it my way. That's the level two energy. That's amazing, I mean. That's.

Speaker 2:

It's powerful for you, which is actually probably why it's your primary, because it's worked it works in this way, though, of the catabolic energy it always works in the short term.

Speaker 1:

Yep, it's not a solution for the long term nope, and that's why we're here together, because here is not going to get you where you want to go.

Speaker 2:

And now you have Exactly, and I've lived so much of my life, you know, on that, in that, in that, you know, driven by the anger, driven by the I'll, I will show you I'll get through it or, you know, under deadlines and just pushing through, doing whatever it takes, you know, and it's not healthy.

Speaker 1:

No, and your brain tells you, yeah, but that's how you got here, maybe, but I don't need that anymore. I'm a big girl and I've accomplished a lot. And let's just stop for a second and recognize look at what I've done. Yeah, now what do I want to do, as opposed to got to keep doing it, got to keep doing it, got to keep proving no. So you're sitting down here and you see it, I know you see it, and, and you know, you're not sure how to get there. And I think there's an inner knowing which is it's not the same way. You've done everything else, and that's scary, which is the resistance. Yeah, because when things are scary, your brain goes no, no, no, no, that's scary, you don't know, you've never done that before. Yeah, that really makes sense.
