Speaker 1:

Hey, there, we're going to do some breath work, some body awareness and a visualization that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. So, when you're ready, find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, and gently close your eyes and allow your breath to settle. Take a deep inhale through your nose, hold for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth. Through your mouth Once again. Inhale deeply, filling your belly like a balloon. Hold and exhale, releasing any tension. Now bring your awareness to the top of your head and imagine a warm golden light gently resting there, soothing and softening, releasing any tightness in your forehead or your jaw and cheeks. Feel it traveling down now your neck, your shoulders, melting away any tension. With this warm golden light, let it move now through your arms, past your elbows, your wrists and into your fingertips, leaving you feeling light and open. Bring awareness now to your chest. With each breath, imagine fresh spring air filling your lungs, expanding your heart space. Let the warmth continue now down through your spine, softening your lower back, your hips and your thighs. Feel it trickling down your knees, calves, ankles and all the way to the soles of your and your beautiful toes, grounding you, anchoring you in this present moment. Take a deep breath in here and savor this feeling that you've created the warm glow embodied and now with your body relaxed and open.

Speaker 1:

Imagine yourself stepping outside into the first morning of spring. The air is crisp and cool, yet it carries a gentle warmth, like the world itself is stretching awake from a long winter's sleep. And as you inhale, you take in the scent of fresh earth, flowers blossoming and that faint sweetness of dew-kissed grass. Imagine the grass, the blue of the sky, the yellow of the sun. You begin to walk now, barefoot across the soft, damp earth. Feel the ground beneath you, solid, alive and supporting your every step, blades of grass bending gently as you step on them, only to restore as you move forward. The world around you is in bloom. Buds on trees unfurl into vibrant green leaves reaching toward the golden sun. Wildflowers dot the landscape in bursts of color. It's as if it's happening all at once in front of you and the melody of birdsong fills the air now a symphony of new beginnings. With each step you take, you feel a gentle energy awakening within you and, like the earth, you are ready to bloom.

Speaker 1:

Imagine now standing in a meadow. The sunlight is kissing your skin, you lift your face to the sky, open your arms and your chest, feeling warmth spreading through your body, embracing the vastness, filled with lightness, joy and possibility. You smile now as you inhale deeply, absorbing this energy of renewal With every breath. You are shedding the heaviness of winter and stepping fully into a season of growth, creativity and clarity. Take a moment here, allowing yourself to fully receive this feeling. You are refreshed, you are open. You are open, you are blossoming.

Speaker 1:

Feel the connection to the earth and the sky and the universe, and know that that connection comes from within you, slowly bringing your awareness now back to your body. The feeling's still there. Feel the gratitude coursing through your veins. I am grateful that I can create this feeling. I am living a created life. I am living a created life. When you're ready, begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, maybe roll your shoulders, stretch one leg over the other, whatever feels right. Take a final deep breath in and release it. When you're ready, gently open your eyes and you get to carry this sense of renewal with you into your day. Welcome to your season of possibility. Namaste, my friends.
