This ancient technique was traditionally used to prepare for manifestation practices, as it creates the perfect energetic state for calling in what you desire.

Speaker 1:

Hey there. Let's take a moment to settle into a comfortable position, either seated with your spine long or lying down, and allow your hands to rest gently on your lap or by your sides and, when you're ready, softly close your eyes. Let's begin by bringing your awareness to your breath. No need to change anything, just notice the inhale and the exhale. Exhale, allow your body to feel supported by the surface beneath you. Now take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for a moment at the top and exhale slowly through your mouth. Once again, inhale deeply, hold and exhale slowly. Let it go, allow yourself to arrive fully. We're going to begin with a breath pattern to release any energy of lack or fear. We're going to use a 4, four, six breath pattern Inhaling through the nose for four, holding for four and then exhaling gently through the mouth for six. Again, it's four, four, six, six. Let's do this together, inhaling one, two, three, four, holding two, three, four. Exhale two, three, four, five and six. We're going to repeat this cycle for four more rounds Inhaling one, two, three, four. Hold two, three, four, exhale two, three, four, five and six. Three, four, five and six. Let's do it twice more by yourself, and as you breathe out. Imagine releasing old stories, doubts or limitations. Each exhale clears a bit more space. Let's do one more breath in this way together, inhaling 1, 2, 3, 4. Hold 2, 3, 4. And exhale 2, three, four, five, six.

Speaker 1:

Now we'll shift to a three-part energizing breath. So we're going to inhale three short sniffs through the nose Sniff, sniff, sniff and then we're going to exhale one slow breath through the mouth. This stimulates energy and opens your body to receiving. Let's try this together. We're going to inhale through the nose by going sniff, sniff, sniff, and then exhale slowly with an ah Again Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah. Continue this for about one minute at your own pace. Allow your chest to expand fully. Let each breath awaken your body. Feel the energy building You're opening to abundance. Sniff, sniff, sniff, ah. When you're ready, we're going to return to natural breathing and I want you to feel the energy that you've created.

Speaker 1:

Take a moment to embody this feeling that you created for yourself simply by breathing. Simply by breathing. Now. Repeat silently after me, or out loud if you feel called I am open to receive. Take a deep breath in exhale and once again embody this phrase as you say it after me I am open to receive.

Speaker 1:

I trust in the flow of abundance. Breathe it in, embody it. I trust in the flow of abundance. There is more than enough for me and for all. There is more than enough for me and for all. I am worthy of all that I desire. I am worthy of all that I desire. Let these words land in your body, feel their truth, place one hand on your heart and one on your belly, take a deep breath in and, as you exhale, smile gently, bringing to mind one thing that you're grateful for right now, in this moment Make space for that feeling, support that feeling. Support that feeling, hold that feeling and, when you're ready, slowly open your eyes. This is your invitation to carry this energy of abundance with you into your day and a reminder you are the source. Namaste my friends.
