Hey there, welcome. I created this meditation as a conscious recalibration and an aligning with your dharma. If you're not familiar with dharma, we'll talk a little bit about it at the beginning and then we'll dig into some chakra work just to get you aligned for your week to have a fabulous week, okay. So as this new week begins, let's take a moment to pause, to settle and to return to ourselves. In yoga philosophy, dharma is your soul's true path, the unique way you're meant to show up and serve in the world, and it's not about achievement, it's about alignment. This meditation is the conscious recalibration of your energy, your values and your purpose as you begin this new week. So let's begin by finding stillness. Close your eyes if that's comfortable, find a comfortable place to sit, allow your spine to gently lengthen and let your hands rest with ease. We're going to take a slow breath in and then a longer breath out. Find your own pace and just be sure that this slow breath in little hold at the top and then the longer breath on the way out. Let's do that together two more times, inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly. One more time, inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly. Nice. Now, as we move through our energetic system, the chakras. We're going to bring awareness to each area of our body. And these aren't just energy centers. They're reflections of your inner alignment. They tell us things about where we're showing up and how we're feeling. So we're going to begin with the root chakra the associated color is red, if that helps, and the root chakra represents stability and safety. So I want you to focus on the base of your spine and ask what grounds me this week? Where can I cultivate trust in myself and in life? Breathing in red, focusing on the base of your spine what grounds you this week and where can you cultivate trust in yourself and in life? Now we're going to shift our focus to our sacral chakra. Feel it in your lower belly. The associated color here, if color is your thing, is orange, and the sacral chakra is associated with creativity and flow. And as you breathe into your lower belly, your sacral chakra, ask where can I allow more joy, more creativity and more fluidity? How can I let my energy move with ease instead of force? Breathing into your sacral chakra the color orange, creativity and flow. Feel it in your lower belly. Feel it in your lower belly, allowing more joy, creativity and fluidity to flow into your life. How can you let your energy move with ease instead of force, instead of force? Visualize the color yellow now as you breathe into your solar plexus, bringing attention to your midsection. This is the chakra for confidence and action. Breathing into your midsection and asking yourself where do you want to take aligned action this week? Remember, this is your solar plexus chakra. You're breathing in confidence and action. Where do you want to take aligned action this week? Ask yourself what am I ready to own about my power? Embody the yellow energy deep into your midsection, your solar plexus. Confidence in action.

As we continue our conscious recalibration and alignment, we're going to focus on the heart chakra and the color green. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest. This is the area where you will connect to your heart chakra, the chakra of compassion and connection. Notice that gentle rise and fall of your chest as you connect and focus your energy there, asking yourself how can I lead with love? How can I lead with love towards myself and towards others? Where am I being called to open my heart or forgive? Take another deep breath here into your heart chakra, visualizing the color green feeling, the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

The color blue now draws our focus to the throat chakra, the chakra of truth and expression. Bring your awareness to your throat. Ask yourself, as you breathe in blue, what truth needs to be spoken this week, spoken this week? What truth will guide me in my expression this week? Take one more deep breath blue, bringing again awareness to your throat, and ask yourself how can I communicate with clarity and grace? Feel the answer.

Speaker 1:

We'll move now towards our third eye, gently focusing on the space between your brows. This is the chakra of intuition and vision. The color Purple Rich, royal purple. Intuition and vision. Focus on the space between your eyes, your third eye. Ask yourself what am I being guided to? See what inner knowing is ready to emerge.

Take a deep breath here. Feel your energy beginning to align as we move our focus gently to the crown chakra and feel into the top of your head. The crown chakra is the chakra of purpose and connection to source, to the universe. Feel it into the top of your head is white, clear and beautiful. Purpose and connection to source. Ask yourself, feel in yourself what am I connected to beyond myself? Feel the life force, energy flowing through you, asking how can I align my weak with something greater than myself, a higher purpose, an inner knowing.

Now I invite you to bring your whole self into this moment Body, mind and spirit. Feel the integration, feel the alignment, breathe deeply once more, inhale into your intention and exhale into trust. You are not here to chase or to run from. You are here to align and from that alignment, that conscious recalibration, everything flows. Everything flows, my friend. Breathe it in again, embody it. Feel the connection. You are not here to chase, you are not here to run from. You are here to align and from that alignment, everything flows. Stay here as long as you like and when you're ready, gently open your eyes. Welcome to your week, namaste, my friend.
