Hey there, today we're going to do a guiding light meditation, so just go ahead and find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down and with a straight back, holding your body in awareness. I just want you to connect with your breath. Your breath is your life force energy. I just want you to connect with your breath. Your breath is your life force energy. It's the life force energy that holds you steady and strong. Your breath is your friend, your ally, the one who can guide you to feeling calm, safe, secure and confident. Breathe, really truly connect. Feel the prana, the life force energy traveling into your body, re-energizing, healing and nourishing, drawing that breath all the way down into your belly. Allow the energy to gather like a golden ball of light right in your stomach, breathing and enjoying the warming sensation. Feel it as it develops and grows. Now turn inwards to connect with yourself, inwards to connect with yourself. I invite you to recognize areas of your body that feel fluid, strong and in flow, and maybe other areas that feel more tight, out of alignment, where stress or anxiety might be stored, and take this breath, your life force energy, into these tight areas is. Allow the light and energy of the breath to release anxiety, to let go of self-doubt, to stop gripping and grasping and clutching. Feel yourself release, as this light and energy and beautiful breath fill these areas. Notice as you feel a sense of self-confidence, empowerment and energy filling your body.
Speaker 1:You are a powerful and beautiful being who came here not to dim your sweet soul, gifts and talents with the world. You are a unique and magnificent being. This is your permission. You are allowed to be you. Take a moment now to consider where you might be playing small in your life. Where are you dimming your light, hiding your magnificence, not living into your potential? Where might you be stepping into the background to be unnoticed? Life is short. Now is all we have and now is your time to step forward. My friend, the world needs you, all of you and all your authentic beauty. It's time to share your truth. We all came into this world untouched and undisturbed, with opinion. You were a beautiful baby, filled with hope, opportunity and a purpose, connected and part of the universe and of universal energy.
Speaker 1:It's time to step into your power, to connect with joy, to connect with your dreams, your aspirations and goals, without apology. You deserve to shine your light so brightly that others can be guided. Why not be the lighthouse for yourself as well as others, a beacon of light. Are you ready to allow yourself to follow this guiding light within On your next breath in? I want you to breathe in. I am powerful, I am connected, I am strong. And release Breathing in. I am ready. I am ready. I am ready. Release, release, draw your awareness again with that breath, draw it down to your tummy, to your power center, create that energy that you need and accept the support of your breath to allow you to connect with that guiding light.
Speaker 1:It's time to follow the path unapologetically. We need you to be you. You are absolutely enough. Feel your body filled with energy and or the surface where you might be, feeling the rhythm of your breath, noticing what has shifted and what feels different, gently beginning to come back to where you are, stretching, yawning, feeling alert, connected, confident and ready. When you're ready, gently open your eyes, guiding yourself back to the here and now. Take a look around you as if, for the first time, ready to be you, you, incredible human. You are the light.
