SPEAKER_00:

Hey there. This is just a short pause to help you reset your focus without effort, without fixing anything. You don't need to change your state or clear your mind. Just allow yourself a moment to arrive right where you are. Whether you're transitioning between tasks, preparing for a conversation, or noticing your attention drifting, this brief practice is here to help you gently gather your energy and bring it back to center. Let's begin. Take a moment to pause whatever you're doing. Step away from your desk or wherever you are. Just kind of change, change your stance. You don't need to close your eyes, just soften your gaze. Take one slow breath in through your nose. And a steady breath out through your mouth. As you continue to do this, let your shoulders drop. Unclench your jaw. Soften the space behind your eyes. And now gently ask yourself What am I giving my attention to right now? Without judging the answer, choose one thing, one task, one thought, one breath, and allow it to come into clearer focus, intentional focus. And as you inhale, imagine your attention gathering. And as you exhale, imagine everything unnecessary softening into the background or leaving you completely.

SPEAKER_01:

Take another breath.

SPEAKER_00:

Nothing to force.

SPEAKER_01:

Take one final breath.

SPEAKER_00:

And as you move back into your day, remember this. You don't need more time or more effort to be focused.

SPEAKER_01:

You simply need presence.

SPEAKER_00:

You can return to this pause whenever you need it. Your attention is something you can gently choose and invite again and again.

SPEAKER_01:

You're doing great. Namaste.
