Hey there. I wanted just to pause for a moment and really savor something meaningful. As this podcast approaches five years of conversations, well, almost six, you know, I've been reflecting on just how many extraordinary moments have unfolded here. I'm so grateful for these conversations that weren't about chasing answers, but about being present long enough to hear what was already there. So over the next few weeks, I'm going to be revisiting, resharing a handful of episodes from the archive. Conversations that continue to resonate for me and that still feel incredibly alive. Not because they're nostalgic, but because they meet us exactly where we are now. These are conversations with artists and creators and humans who were willing and generous enough to slow down and tell the truth and speak from lived experience. And what strikes me the most is how timeless they are. The themes of presence and courage and identity, joy, letting go of perfection. These things don't age, if anything, they deepen. So if you're hearing one of these episodes for the first time, welcome. And if you're returning, I invite you to notice what lands differently now. What you hear may not be the same as when you heard it the first time because well, because you aren't the same. I will be back soon with new conversations and new reflections, but for now, I invite you to the richness of what's already here in our stoptime archives. And again, for these next few weeks, these are just some of them. So I encourage you to dig, look, deep dive, find something that you want to celebrate in the space that we've created together, one moment at a time. Thank you so much for being part of this journey, and I am so excited to see what what unfolds as we move forward together. I'm Lisa Hopkins. Thanks so much for listening. Stay safe and healthy, everyone. And remember to live in the moment.
